It is hereby agreed that the seller ABC Exclusive sells its products under the following conditions to their buyers.
All products are for off road use only!
1. All products are after market and may require modification to the vehicle in order to install.
2. Parts come unfinished and may require adjustments to the parts for to achieve a final finished product.
3. Parts are warranted for six months for workmanship defectiveness.
Parts may be returned for warranty replacements, labor cost and other related cost are not refundable, the parts should be
shipped back to ABC freight pre-paid, the replacement part will be shipped freight pre-paid by ABC.
4. All products received must be inspected by the buyer at the time of delivery. Any damage or shortage should be reported
promptly to the delivering shipping company and ABC Exclusive at the time of delivery.
5. Accept parts "as is". ABC Exclusive spent lots of efforts to manufacture quality products but will acknowledge that their parts are
not 100% Perfect.
6. Pictures are allowed to be downloaded for the purpose of selling ABC Exclusive manufactured products ONLY! Under no
circumstances should these pictures be used to sell products not manufactured by ABC Exclusive.
7. Prices are subject to changed at the 1st of each month. Buyer should check out ABC Exclusive web site for any price changes.
No notices will be given.
8. Buyer may only use their own shipping company to pick up parts when ordering two or more of the same class items.
(i.e. two hoods or two wings but not one hood and a wing). There will be a $20 boxing fee per box.
(As soon as we have increased our production level we will add other class items such as body kits, bumpers and others.)
5% off on all NON ABC Exclusive manufacture products. ABC Exclusive is also a warehouse distributor for the following parts:
XENON, GTS, StreetScene and some others. These products do have a seperate dealer pricing that is available upon request.
